Setting Up
All exhibitors may enter the facility the morning of the event at 9:00am. All set up must be complete by 10:30am. After unloading you MUST quickly move your vehicle to the main parking lot. Out of consideration for attendees, we ask that exhibitors park at the back of the lot.
Sunday, January 29, 2012 from 11AM - 2PM
Logistics:
- You will be furnished with a 6ft table and one chair, if needed.
- Limited electricity is available only to those who requested it and only to those who received confirmation from our office. Those exhibitors must furnish their own heavy duty extension cord.
- There may be NO more than 2 staff members at your booth at any time.
- Music for videos, etc. must be kept at a level that does not annoy your neighbors.
- We ask that camps do not hand out candy or food to children and parents.
- A light lunch will be provided for exhibitors. Coffee will be available to exhibitors at no charge. (Lunch from 11:30 - 1PM)
- A listing of attending camps will be provided to each family.
- Each exhibitor will receive a listing of the attending camps.
- Animals are not allowed due to allergies.
- Other "different" event "decorations" MUST be cleared with the Loring PTO one week prior to their use.
