$300 (Register by November 30 and receive an automatic $50 early-bird discount at check out)
ONLINE CAMP DIRECTORY + SWAG BAG
Share camp information virtually with prospective families from December 8, 2025 through September 2026 plus inclusion of up to two items (1 paper item, 1 small marketing item) to be distributed to the first 100 families that attend. Items must be received by January 5. Mail your items to:

NEW CAMPS: Welcome! Please click here to submit your camp’s registration information. These details will be used for your camp's online directory profile as well as help us plan space appropriately at the in-person event. The online listing will go live on www.sudburycampfair.org December 9th and will be updated weekly thereafter.
