When you register for the Sudbury Camp Fair, you're not just reaching hundreds of Metrowest Boston families, you're also directly supporting the Loring PTO. You help make so many important things happen at our school—like classroom resources, educational enrichment programs, family events, teacher appreciation, and school beautification. We’re incredibly grateful for your generosity and for being such a amazing part of our school's community!
STEP 1: Choose your registration type and complete payment:
LIVE ATTENDANCE + ONLINE DIRECTORY ($300)
Host a booth at the fair for the opportunity to speak directly with prospective families on January 11, 2026 at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. Includes:
One table, two chairs, and lunch for two
Listing in our online camp directory from December 8, 2025 through September 2026.
ONLINE CAMP DIRECTORY + SWAG BAG ($150)
Share camp information virtually with prospective families from December 8, 2025 through September 2026 plus inclusion of up to two items (1 paper item, 1 small marketing item) to be distributed to the first 100 families that attend. Items must be received by January 5. Mail your items to:

Please review your information on last camp fair's directory page and then submit your camp’s registration form letting us know if you’d like to make any changes or keep your page the same! Please note that payment must be made before your spot is guaranteed.
NEW CAMPS: Welcome! Please click here to submit your camp’s registration information. These details will be used for your camp's online directory profile as well as help us plan space appropriately at the in-person event. The online listing will go live on www.sudburycampfair.org December 9th and will be updated weekly thereafter. Please note that payment must be made before your spot is guaranteed.
